Week 2 : Weight Training Day

I did my first weight training day at the gym;

5 min warm-up on the stair climb
Leg Press - 2 x 12 115; 1 x 14 135
Leg Curl - 3 x 12 60
Leg Extension - 3 x 12 60
Calf Raise - 3 x 80
Adductor - 3 x 60
Abductor - 3 x 60
Crunches 100
