420fest slowed me down :P

So this past weekend was 420fest, and I'll admit, I totally slacked on the training! :(  Oh well! 

Wednesday I rode to Big Tex and the weather was SUPER NICE!  It was a great ride and I got to hang with some great friends and grab a beer :)  It was about 12 miles round trip.

Thursday morning I started my morning core workout.  I did 100 crunches, 2 one minute planks holds, and 2 sets of 12 girl push ups.

My abs are sore today!  I rested this am, but I plan to do a run after work today with Mike & Nismo.
