Happy Monday!!

The weekend went by way too fast!  I was able to get in a quick ride on Saturday am, around the neighborhood.  I just wanted to stretch out my knee and get some cardio in.

I went to a short 6 mile spin keeping to mostly flat terrain.  I wanted to keep it short because I had a full weekend of rental house work ahead of me.

Afterwards, my knee felt much better!  It really helped and I noticed a difference Sunday morning.  After painting all day at the rental house Sunday, this morning my knee is much stiffer.  I look forward to hitting the pool this evening to get it loose again!

Hopefully I can start running next week!
